Isak Porter, PLS
Professional Land Surveyor
Isak grew up in the Western Maine Mountains, developing a love for working outdoors. He went to the University of Maine in Orono from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering Technology. While pursuing his degree Isak worked as a surveying technician for multiple companies spread out across the state. After graduation in 2007 and earning the Land Surveyor in Training license, he settled down in Bangor and was hired at Plisga & Day Land Surveyors. Isak became licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in 2015 and has worked as a project leader on various projects including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, site plans, construction layout, subdivision design and FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates and Letters of Map Amendment.
